JA Solar (JASO)

JA Solar broke out of $6.42 target last week and is doing a contraction setup now. Technically, i would expect the stock to continue its upward move towards $7.34 (weekly 200EMA ) as the next resistance.

Forex Trading: USD/CAD Bounces Off Of Support At 1.0201 Level

Posted: 11 Jan 2010 05:28 AM PST

The USD/CAD appeared unable to move lower this morning and has bounced higher off of mid term support at 1.0201. The pair will likely test the 100 Day moving average at 1.0335 if the current move continues. Above that is the 200 Day moving average (green line) which comes in at 1.0394. If the pair gets caught in the 100 Day moving average and makes a return to the downside there are two key levels to watch for. Below the 1.0201 level, even par at 1.0000 comes into play, below that, 0.9819 will … [visit site to read more]

Posted: 11 Jan 2010 05:01 AM PST

In an article titled 'Commodity Trading Strategies: Profiting from Gold and Natural Gas’, I had expressed my optimism on the long-term outlook for natural gas based on the premise that the U. S. economy will recover and resume growth sometime in the future.

My optimism on the future of natural gas has now strengthened. Exxon Mobil (XOM) has moved to buy a major natural gas producer XTO Energy (XTO) for $41 billion - a 25% premium to XTO shareholders.

Exxon, the energy juggernaut, … [visit site to read more]

However, the very cyclical nature of its business, as well as its heavy dependence on third parties, is discouraging. The company also faces immense risks as it operates in a highly-competitive environment.
Thus, we maintain our … [visit site to read more]
